Some practical details, and a little more about how I think and work.

Internal Family Systems is an approach to therapy that understands each of us as having different parts. Parts that protect, react, worry, criticize, avoid, or carry difficult experiences. Rather than trying to eliminate these parts, IFS approaches them with curiosity and compassion, helping us better understand what they may be trying to accomplish.
Not at all. IFS is one influence on how I work, but therapy with me is not limited to a particular model. We’ll focus on what is actually happening for you and find an approach that fits.
It means I’m interested in understanding you in context. Our patterns don’t develop in isolation. They’re shaped by relationships, families, communities, experiences, and the environments we’ve moved through.

Yes. I work with people in both monogamous and consensually non-monogamous relationships. More information about my approach to CNM will be added here soon.
Relationship therapy can take different forms. I’m continuing to develop how I describe the range of relationship work I offer, so more information will be added here soon.

Individual therapy sessions are $140. Reduced-fee appointments are also available through an equity-based payment model.

I am currently in the process of establishing insurance contracts for my new practice. At this time, sessions are private pay. This information will be updated as I become able to accept individual insurance plans.
